Hi All, I am new to the features of copilot and wish to explore more on how far the copilot can assist with the agent.
Initially, I have a register for a customer service Trial D365 environment. In the Customer Service Workspace, I found out there is a copilot at the right side to allow me to ask questions. My question is how can I train the copilot with specific data as the copilot is not able to answer even if I send a /Hi/.
If I wish to train the copilot with some specific fields of data for example: I want copilot know well for my restaurant menu, so that when customer asking what is the recommended dishes, new agent can search copilot for help.
Is that possible to do it? If yes does anyone know how to do train the copilot with specific pool of data?
