Knowledge Article for Dynamics 365 v9

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi All,

With v9, we can do articles only in UCI framework through customer service hub.

But my rest of application is non UCI. The problem is that Advanced find, search and other headers in UCI would open in UCI mode. And I will not be able to hide all these buttons through code.

Has anyone faced similar challenges?

    Hi Meet,

In V9 instance, we could only create Knowledge articles in Customer Service Hub.

Customer Service Hub includes many applications like cases, queues,activities...

If the rest of your application is non UCI(do not have hub service), you should not be able to find them in Hub.

I'm sorry that I do not quite understand your requirements and why you want to hide the headers. Could you kindly share more information about this?

If my understanding is not correct, your correction is very grateful.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
