CRM for Outlook: Script Error every time we close a Product record

We are experiencing a enterprise-wide issue with CRM for Outlook. We use CRM Online.

 

Whenever a user closes a Product record from CRM in Outlook, they get a Script error message as follows:

 

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 5

Char:58707

Error: Unable to get value of the property '_events': object is null or undefined

Code: 0

How can I disable these error messages or fix the underlying issue?

    All my users get these error messages ALL the time.  Any time user change between entities, or uses the navigation bar at the top of any page to return to List Views from within a record.  It just happens all the time.  My implementation vendor has no idea how to solve, and just cleaning the cache and resetting the IE settings to default does not work as many have suggested.  The next time users go back into CRM they receive these message almost instantaneously again.

    I am using IE 10 - so turning off the messages does not seem to work - it is ruining the deployment in the eyes of management & general users.

    We have just installed CRM on-premise having taken our CRM Online database and bringing it on-prem.  All our users are receiving this error in the Outlook client when they click on all entity types; Account, Contact and custom entities.I have tried the suggested solution but it doesn't fix the issue for us.  I saw this support.microsoft.com/.../2807519 but we're not using the Product, Case or Service Activity so I don't think it has anything to do with these Forms. Any help much appreciated, we opened a premier support ticket with Microsoft yesterday but we're getting nowhere. Thanks

    All users were experiencing this in CRM for Outlook but not CRM in the browser.

    I resolved this issue by going into Microsoft CRM Online Client >> Settings >> Administration >> System Settings >> Customization tab >> and unchecking the box for 'Load Pages in the most recent version of Internet Explorer.

    Then I went to Microsoft CRM Online Client >> Settings >> Administration >> Privacy Preferences>>> and checked the box next to 'Specify the Web application error notification preference on behalf of users' and chose to 'Automatically send and error report to Microsoft without asking the user for permission'.

    This is a temporary measure to satisfy my users who complain about too many error messages. The root of the problem is Microsoft rolling out CRM updates that break our custom Javascript and not giving us ample time to test their changes or prepare for them in any real way. Very dissappointing.

    Are you only experiencing this issue in CRM 2011 outlook Clint and not from the web client ? How many users are facing this issue? Is this happening from multiple systems? is this happening for system admin as well
