Consumable Items Managment

Hi,

I have a requirement from my users regarding consumable items management. The basic idea is that my users want to track the inventory amounts of these consumable items (so there will be a Purchase Order, and goods receipt to acknowledge them). However, my Finance Department wants the management of Consumable items to have no effect on their accounts.

Is there anyway standard NAV can handle this? Our old system MGP allowed inventory management for consumable items to not affect any financial account..

Hi Suresh, I can't find the Inventory Value Zero checkbox on the item card.. Am I missing something? I'm using NAV 2013
