Error Field "Currency" must be filled in and Product Parameters record cannot be read

Hello,

While creating a new customer AR/ All customers/ Customer I am receiving the error messages Field "Currency" must be filled in and Product Parameters record cannot be read.

Nothing has been changed at our end, and we are familiar with the creation of new customers.  The currency field is populated (from the drop down menu available) and we are still getting the error.

These errors are stopping us from creating new customers in all our companies (legal entities).

Thanks for your help

    Hi,

Is this the first time you receive this error when creating new customers and could you create new customer records successfully before?

If you create the new customer, can't you simply add the currency in the create customer form?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Yes the 1st time. We are familiar with the process of creating customers.

We also tried to add the currency and still the same error message.

Not sure what can be done, since we have several customers to be created in different legal entities

    Thanks

    Hi msaturno,

Ok. Can you describe the process for the setup of your customers in more detail? Do you make use of templates? Do you create them through the global address book or imports?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
