Importing Number Sequence Using Excel

Is there a way to import Number Sequence via Excel without using DIEF. Tried directly insert record in NumberSequenceTable but still segments cannot be updated because it's linked to ScopeType.

can you please elaborate your requirement? why you don't want to use DIEF for importing the data?

Will be importing most likely 100+ number sequence with below sample fields. But number sequence Segment parameter is linked to ScopeType; Segment will be populated based on what ScopeType selected on the standard form.
