Hi to everyone,
I'm Getting a error while releasing PO from "Release Approved PR" form in AX 2012.
"Cannot create a record in Relation between purchase lines and request for quotation lines (PurchOrderRFQLineReference). Relation between purchase lines and request for quotation lines:XXXXXX. The record already exists."
this s the error. anyone have any idea about this error and resolution.??

This table has two indexes defined which both are not allowing duplicates.
- VendRFQTrans
- PurchLineDataAreaID, PurchLineInventTransId
Do you have a customization in this area? Are all releases giving this error, some RFQs or just this one?
You can at least check if there are already records with the same values in the PurchOrderRFQLineReference table for the RFQ you want to release.
In addition; please check if the RFQ process is completed or not.
Once the RFQ is completed, then complete the PR approval process and then release the PO from PR.

One of the reason could be your numbering sequence. Check the PO number sequence please if the corresponding PO number already exisits in the system.
