Sales Enterprise Business Card scanning not working

Hello,

recently we upgraded a customer from Sales Professional to Sales Enterprise. In Sales Enterprise Business Card Scanning should work, but when users try to use it, they get a notification, that an AI Builder license is required. If I activate an AI Builder trial for that user, Business Card Scanning is working, but only for the trial period. Is there anything I need to do to use the included 10 scans / user?

Hi Jan,

Yes, the AI Builder add-on license is required if you want to use the function:

Hi Leah,

thank you for your answer. But according to the Dynamics 365 licensing guide, 10 scans/user should be included in Sales Enterprise.
