In this article it states that you can turn on different entities to schedule.
But I cannot find this menu.
Can someone tell me how to navigate to in in the new UI.

You need to go to Resource Scheduling App, go to bottom left and change the area to Settings. Then scroll down on the left and select administration

From there, click enable resource scheduling for Entities
