Zetadocs Unexpected error during operation

Hi All,

Recently I have install the zetadocs express version ZDX7.1.506  for NAV 2013 R2  but when I am trying to add the document then Unexpected error during operation showing. In event viewer  "20-ArchiveDataStoreController.x1a565ce2c6983fac() Data store accessor has not been set" error showing.

    seems that the data archive setup is not correct.
