Unable to Qualify Leads

Hi All,

Few days before i was able to qualify but somehow I am unable qualify leads now?

It is showing me this error everytime I try to Qualify Lead?

Please let me know if a way is there to resolve the issue

    Hi All,

    This issue was due to CallbackRegistration details for a record was present so i delete that i worked for me.

    Please check the following two places:

    1.Whether the personal setting format has been changed:
