Activities from Linked In appear

Good morning,

I have a user that has recently added Sales Navigator Team license to his Linked In Account.  We have synced his accounts, but I am trying to figure out how the InMail and/or Messaging will show up in his activities?  I have an advanced find that includes those items as part of the query but we aren't seeing it pull the data.  I appreciate any help.

Katrina

    Hi Katrina,

    as per specification here:

    business.linkedin.com/.../ms-dynamics-sync-activity-writeback

Activity Writeback – Offers Sales Navigator admins the ability to enable Activity Writeback. With one click, Sales Navigator users can log InMails, messages, phone calls, notes, and PointDrive views back to CRM. And once enabled per user, it remembers the setting for the next InMail or note. (Can be deactivated by the user.)

    Does this work for you?
