Hello,
I’m encountering a significant issue with user license assignments. About a year ago, I created a custom role which I have since deleted. When I search for this role under Security Configuration, it no longer appears, confirming that it was
successfully removed.
However, when I go to Assign Roles to Users, the deleted role still shows up and appears to be assigned.
The main problem is within the Power Platform Admin Center under Supply Chain licenses: all environments and users are shown with this role — even system users like API and document routing accounts are assigned licenses associated with this role. Yet, when I check the users directly, the role is not listed in their profiles.
