Unable to advanced ledger entries to the workflow for approval

I am unable to advanced ledger entries to the workflow for approval (General Ledger > Journal Entries > Advanced Ledger Entries). The "submit" option under the Workflow drop down allows us to select it, but the transaction never moves into the workflow. When we select Workflow again, "submit" is still the only option, when it should have moved on to "view workflow history" for me and bumped the transaction to another user for approval.

Hello ASidd,

I have tested the scenario on latest 10.0.18 and I am getting the same incorrect result. Please report it to our Microsoft Support so we can correct the behavior.
