Hi guys,
im currently struggeling to find something that can help me to understand the possibility of creating POs thru powerautomate.
I thought about a process (Top-Lv) like this:
1. Person A is writing a email (purchase requisition) to a specific email
2. Validatiion of the costs should be done automatically and if the costs higher then >x they need to be approved (Might be possible that more then only one person need to approve the requisition)
3. If approved or under the approvel amount the requisition should be created in dynamics 365
you ask yourself why?
Its because i dont want to give log ins to all of the collegues in the company.
