NAV 2016 CU 32 installation Error

I am facing one issue while installing NAV 2016 CU 32.

"the password for the account that runs the service may be incorrect, or there could be a conflict in port sharing for the port settings for the service, or you have specified that the port for the server should be opened in the Windows firewall even though the Windows firewall is not enabled on the computer."

I have added my installation user account as Service Log on Account & password is also mentioned during the installation.

Also added the ports in Firewall. I tried the installation on diff systems with diff OS but the error is same.

Please guide.

I have the same problem upgrading to last CU on NAV 2017 and NAV 2016. User account is administrator domain. Firewall is shotdown.

    Thanks

Yes, but if you've only a single NAV server instance on this machine this is not the problem.

Is the service account user (the user ID under which the NAV server runs) correctly configured? Is it Network Service or a domain account? Windows Firewall is enabled?

Check your Windows Evet log, you can have more info here.

Do you mean Client service port, SOAP, NAS etc. service ports?

They are allowed in windows firewall. I am using single workgroup machine for installation but the same error facing.

Do you have different NAV service tiers on the same machine? If so, check the used ports, they must be different between services. Here it seems that you're using the same ports.
