Hello!
Are there any way to customize the existing Event Administration Setting, so that it can check duplicates not only in primary email field, but in multiple email fields in Contact record?
If yes, how exactly can I customize it, which process is doing this duplicate check before new Contact record will be created for Event Registration record?
Duplicate detection rules is not effective here.
I need to check not only Email field, but also Email Address 2 and 3, standart Dynamics 365 fields in Contact table.
