We are experiencing often a really slow MS Dynamics 365. This is just one example where we expierencing slowness. I just opened a link to our Dynamics enviornment and this page was loading really slow. Yesterday I experienced the same with this file. No idea what is going on, but this is pretty enojoing because when a customer calls we would like to use our environment quickly to see what the related information is.

    Hi,

It is recommended to raise a support ticket to MS for further help.

I noticed this morning again the same slownes. When I opened the direct URL https://org.crm4.dynamics.com/ but when I in the mean while opened make.powerapps.com, navigated to the app I wanted to open and clicked towards it via this route, it opened directly without the delay. So it really looks to be related to the main URL where no app is specified. But at this moment the main URL also doesn't has this delay, not sure why and when it happens, looks like CRM has to start up for my account somehow, but my colleagues are already using it then so would be strange.

Besides this, we have the legacy rendering disabled.

    Hi,

Would you please clarify whether this long wait is common or only occurs when a specific form is opened?

If it is a common issue for your environment, you can try to follow these steps to check your latency.

    1. On the user's computer or device, start a web browser, and sign in to an organization.

    2. Enter the following URL, https://myorg.crm.dynamics.com/tools/diagnostics/diag.aspx, where myorg.crm.dynamics.com is the URL of your organization.

    3. Click Run.

For best application performance we recommend that the value be 150 ms (milliseconds) or less.

If it only occurs when a specific form is opened, you can refer to the following documentations to optimize the form.
