Change "Azure AD" button text under External Login to "Microsoft Login"

Create a new site setting as below.

Has this changed with v9.1? I've added the site setting as described, but the button still displays "Azure AD"
Should have tested more before commenting. A restart of the Portal was needed. Thanks for the instruction.
