NAV Sales Invoice to CRM Invoice (connector)

Hi,


I am trying to sync a NAV Posted Sales Invoice through to a CRM Invoice, and am having trouble with the field mappings.


I have set up the map using the connector tool, and it is saying that 'Customer ID' is a required field for the CRM Invoice. I do not know how to map this through from NAV. The screenshot attached shows the issue, and there is no Customer ID in the NAV field list to map this to. Price List is also a required field in CRM and has no obvious NAV field to map with.

Does anyone have an example or some screenshots or anything that would explain how I can map a NAV Posted Sales Invoice through to a CRM Invoice?

Thanks for any pointers.

    It is called Sell-to Customer No. on NAV side.

    Hi,

    That's great thank you! I don't suppose you know how to map the price list field?

    I have tried to open the template maps provided with the tool but they do not open.

    Do you mean which field in NAV ? if so on sales order it is Unit Price field.
