Taking access of D365 HR user in sandbox

Hello All,

I want to test few workflows in Sandbox and rather than giving access to the user I would like to take the access / Personate as the user and run the test in sandbox, I'm not sure how to take that access. Can anyone share the steps please?

    Hi Nikhil,

    Do you have test users in Sandbox? If No then you can use your own account while testing workflow.

    You have to configure workflow approval to your id instead of others or you can change the approver.

    This is one of the options. Please check the below documentation.
