Hi,

I have a scenario-> Item is mapped with Min-Max Item coverage and coverage time fence days is 30 and positive days is 30.
We have a demand forecast lines defined for two diferent days 4th and 10th , 10000 and 25000 respective quantity

This item is a production item, so when we run MRP system generating three different planned orders,
1- Based on Min-Max quantity
2&3 based on required quantity
But is there a way when system generating planned orders it should create only one.

Any suggestion please.

Thanks
Ram

Change your item's coverage group to something that has a coverage code of "Period" and set your coverage period to 30 days, you'll get one planned order for all the requirements in the next 30 days: minimum inventory, demand on day 4 and day 10.

    Hi,
Can you provide more information (such as system Settings or detailed screenshots, etc.) to help us better solve the problem for you? The information you have provided so far is not enough to support us to propose a solution. Can you provide ä»–å’Œscreenshot of the three planned orders for our reference?
    Best regards,
    Kevin
