Custom Table in existing form

Hi All,

I had created a new custom table and added into PurchTable form. The custom field is added in the form also. There is a foreign key relation from custom table to PurchLine.RecId.

I would need to populate value to my field on user selected the Item ID and this part is working fine where the field did populated successfully on the form.

however, there is problem when the PurchLine table is save, my custom table PurchLine field is empty. In the PurchTable form, I had set the LinkType of my custom table as ACTIVE.

How should I make the Purchline.RecId to populate to my custom table foreign key field automatically?

When you're talking about saving, do you mean creation of a new order line, update of an existing line or both?
