Can`t login to Guides - App is missing in Power Platform and no roles for Guides for my user

Hi together, I bought a License of Guides and i already assigned my user to Guides in Office365. I can`t see the app in the power platform and i can`t see the roles. When i try to login to guides, by Hololense or PC, a message shows up that i don`t have the permission. Does anyone know how to fix it? Cheers, Marco

    Hi DavePinch,

    I created a support ticket in the Power Platform admin center, because i was led to created it there. The user account that holds the licence is actually 'admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com'. I will wait for an anwer from the support agent. Thank you very much.

    Hi diego.herrera,

    I would open a support ticket at support.microsoft.com/.../support-for-business (let me know if you have any issues). While waiting I would try the following:

    - Make sure you are logging into the Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com) with an account that has System Administrator permissions. The account used to manage the environment and solutions does not need to have a Guides license -- but it must have sysadmin permissions.

    - Make sure you are logging into the PC app with the user account that has been assigned the license and roles as described earlier the thread.

    You mentioned your company purchased a subscription, but you are seeing a trial end date. CSS can help with this and can also extend the trial if needed so you don't lose anything.

    Hello,

    I am experiencing the same problem when i try to install Dynamics 365 Guides from the Porwer Platform. The company i work for bought a Dynamics 365 Guides licence, but it states on Microsoft 365 admin center that the trial subscription expires on 07/03/2022. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi ShanghaiOceanUniversity, installation problems are rare but they can occur and I'm sorry you have encountered them. Fortunately our CSS team can generally resolve these quickly. To get started, file a support ticket at support.microsoft.com/.../support-for-business

    Not yet, i am working together with the engineers to solve the issue. I'll give feedback as soon as i found a solution.
