Hello Team,

Im creating a customer service portal for our customer service solution.

I would like to allow my customers to make a search for theirs cases, using a date range filter with suing a calendar.

Please refer to the screenshot. customers should enter a date like this :

Then apply to display results based on that range :

So i need to build this calendar and create the filtering behind this calendar.

I was for two weeks working on this subject and following this tuto : https://www.netwoven.com/2019/04/16/how-to-add-date-range-filter-controls-in-entity-list-in-dynamics-365-portal/

but i never got a good result didn't even succeeded to show the calendar.

It will be very helpful if you can advice, guide me to build this search criteria in my portal.

Thank you very much.

Currently, there is no way to add date filter to entity list in the portal, you can submit it to ideal.

    Hi geek3,

Currently, no OOB way to add date filter to entity list in the portal, you can submit it to ideal.

If you follow the guidance of the document, you can try to use another browser to try again or clear portal cache to test.
