Hi,

I work in the MS World mainly F&O and PowerPlatform. I am new to Field Service Management FSM. I had a few questions someone may be able to help me with.

IS FSM built over dataverse DV

I..E. I can build power apps over DV to do crud operations on FSM?

I am assuming that if FSM is built on DV I can trickle data to a data lake via Azure Synapse Link and use Power BI to build maybe with Synapse

Does FSM integrate well to F&O is the usual way dual write

Does FSM support virtual entities

How is FSM AND Business Central together?

Sorry realise these questions are a bit broad. I will likely download the free trial and have a look but in the meantime ig anyone can help i would be very grateful.

To your first question, YES: Field Service MObile is a specific mobile-app built on top of Field Service, which is a set of apps and functionality to handle dataverse.. You can build your own Mobile app, or a Custom App to access the same tables, as long as you have a valid license for it.
