I have created a new workflow for purchase requisition review, and I have activated the version and set it as a default workflow, but when I submit a PR, it's not going to approval level.

Hi Ahmad,

I see there is an exclamation mark in the status field of the workflow.

Please make sure no errors or warning when you create the workflow.

Are other workflow types fine?

Hi MATTGUO,

thanks for your replay, the exclamation mark is because it asks to define submission instruction, i added many times but still I have the exclamation mark in status, as you can see in the attached screenshots

I have the same problem with other workflows as well, the Purchase order workflow was created by the consultant and it doesn't have any error, but still after submitting it's not going to the next level of workflow.

Hi Ahmad,

Can you check all users and your user for the default language? Have you entered translations for the submission instructions for all languages used in your environment?

thanks for your response, the default language of all users is en-us, and I have not entered the translations for the submission instructions because the default language of all users is the same.

I don't think so the problem belongs to this, the main problem is that after submitting the workflow is not goes to the next level

Hi,

1. Is you batch running for workflow?

2. Is workflow infrastructure configuration is setup?

3. Batch group through which workflow is running is added to active server?

4. Does approver user has the "Employee/worker" mapped?

5. Is any other workflow working ? if not the problem is batch server and workflow infra setup is having some issue

Hi,

thanks for your response, it solved my problem, the problem was with the batch job, the workflow batch jobs status was Withhold, I changed to waiting. now it's working.

Hi guys iam using a purchase requesition review workflow for approvals with conditions, so if my condition is approval requisition.approval amount < 10 000 then it goes to A then false goes to B .
this simple workflow is doing the opposite in that if i put an amount eg 40 000 it evaluates to true . what might the problem be
