ExpandIT integration to NAV causing HIGH CPU usage and performance issues

We are currently using NAV 2013 and have 3 service tiers setup. We have an integration with ExpandIT. We have about 250 technicians that use ExpandIT. We have been experiencing performance issues with NAV and when we reboot our ExpandIt server the CPU levels on our SQLPROD server go to the low teens, however, when it comes back online the CPU gets immediately maxed out again around 99%. Has anyone else experience this issue with ExpandIT/NAV integration. Any advice/suggestions would help. Thanks,
