Error after profile change

Posted on by 5

Created a new windows profile for an existing user of NAV 13 R2 with Zetadocs Express in Azure.  User name and password did not change.  Now receiving the following error message:

Failed to search for documents in SharePoint.  SharePoint could not complete the operation.  The target SharePoint site is missing columns or the target list does not exist.  Please ensure that the target SharePoint site has been configured correctly for operation with Zetadocs and that your system settings are correct.

The user can successfully navigate to the SharePoint site from the Zetadocs General Settings within NAV.  We have uninstalled and reinstalled both the NAV client and Zetadocs.  Have installed the Setup Prerequisites and ensured the Sharepoint Runtime Client is running.

We had this happen once before when a user changed the windows (aka Zetadocs) password.   We could not find a way to force NAV/Zetadocs to force/allow input of the updated password.  Is the profile cached somewhere?

Any help would be appreciated!
