Can a subgrid actions menu be modified?

Can the highlighted menu options be hidden ONLY on contact sub grids without affecting the account sub grids.

I guess I could check the entity as a flag in RibbonWorkbench but, I just want to know if this is the menu I see there for the salesorder entity or is this picture of some other control?

    Basically, you need to use an EntityRule…Please refer to this blog for a detail explanation:
