We are currently using agent handoff from a Chatbot to Omnichannel for Customer Service from an external site (well portal page), but the inquiries are not coming from internal employees. The piece works great, but the team who fields the inquiries is usually out and about and is not a traditional call center-type scenario. Has anyone found alternatives to receive and respond to incoming chats on a mobile device? We have tried using the mobile app for Dynamics 365 and the customer service workspace but when launched gives an error of 'mobile app unsupported browser for multiple session app'. I also haven't found much when researching articles and blogs. Any help would be appreciated!
