    Hi All,

    Good day.

We are also facing the same issue very recently. Some of MSD AX POS standard solutions are not working, if I upgraded into latest Devexpress versions.

Can anyone suggest the solutions at the earliest.?

     Hi Arunachalam S,

For each version of the AX-POS / RETAIL SDK, there is a compatible version of Devexpress (updating to the latest version of devexpress may cause incompatibility)
I use the version 14.2.107.0 in my projects in CU10, CU11 and CU12.

    AX for Retail 2012 R3 Post CU9:  14.2.107.0 (DevExpressSignedNoAPTCA-14.2.107.exe)
    AX for Retail 2012 R3:  11.2.111.0
    AX for Retail 2012 R2:  11.2.111.0 (DXperienceSignedNoAPTCA-11.2.111.exe)
AX for Retail 2012 (Feature Pack):  9.2.110.0
    AX for Retail 2009:  9.2.109.0
A hotfix was released shortly after R3 CU9 which updated to a newer version of the DevExpress components.  This hotfix was released under KB 3059368.

You need to buy a Devexpress license. Open a ticket with the devexpress team. They will guide you and make the download available for this specific version for AX.

"Once you have purchased the licenses, you will need to request a special build that was provided to the Dynamics AX for Retail product team:  “DXperience WinForms Installer (tell them the AX Version)”.  If you open a support case with the DevExpress folks (www.devexpress.com/.../CreateIssue.aspx) and tell them what product you are developing against, they will know what you need."

    I Hope this Helps!

    Regards,

    Rodolfo Recalde.
