    Hi Christopher,

The attribute that you defined will be shown once the report is generated and once you drill down one time. You can't see the attribute at the main report level.

The only possible workaround is adding the category name manually in the description field.

Before doing that, I have a question:

Wouldn't it be better for you to setup your rows based on the account categories rather than your main accounts?

Then you will be able to identify the category at the main report level. Please check the default row definitions that ship with the MR, there are some samples available there.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

thanks for your response, but when i generated the report with column definition like above, there's no column ATTR that contain main account category, have u try using new column with ATTR?

    Thanks,

    Christoper

    Hello Chrstoper,

Do you have Access to the Default row definitions?

There are some available, such as the one below, that is built on main account categories

If you set up your report this way, isn't this what you want to achieve?

    Best regards,

    Hi Ludwig,

    Hello Christoper,

Further above, you have the account category specified in column C as an attribute. If you open your report and drill down to the transactions, can't you see the main account category?

If you can't, can you verify whether the main account categories are linked to your main accounts in the COA?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

    Thanks for your response

So in this case i must drill drown the transactions right? can i show it in new column without drill down the transactions?

    Thanks,

    Christoper
