Source Document Error while Posting a IOC.

Hello Experts,

I am facing a problem while create a IOC, when i add multiple lines and try to post a IOC (Inventory ownership change) journal, it does not create the PO instead it throws up the error for source document. please find the below image for your reference.
 
Can anyone help me what would be the possible steps to resolve this issue.

    I do wonder if it's because F&O is trying to create and post the PO, but it's failing because of missing dimensions. It should be easy to identify if you have a developer trace the error.
    Are you sure you have entered all financial dimensions on the journal lines?

    Hi CU02071140-2,
     
    There is a workflow called "Inventory ownership change journal approval" that this functionality is dependent on. Check if the workflow is active and also, ensure the status field of the workflow is set to Approved. The issue is SourceDocument (points to a workflow header) and SourceDocumentLine (points to a workflow line) points to a workflow issue.
     
    Also, check if the journal is locked or unlocked in the header section.
