Using Batch Service in Pending Vendor Invoice

Hello,

I'm looking to use the batch service job to post pending vendor invoices on the batch server. I know this is possible in AX7 or D365 as I've tested the Pending Invoice batch job in these environments but don't seem to have any luck on the clients AX2012 environment or a Vanilla Contoso AX2012 environment. The batch job isn't queued and the selected pending invoices aren't posted on the batch server.

Unfortunately this is for AX7. Can you please provide some guidance on why the batch service won't work as expected?

It is just this batch. I have checked batch group settings to ensure a batch server is assigned. All other batch jobs work as expected.

Would you please provide the navigation of your batch job? And also check the batch job history of that particular batch job and also check the log if there is any error in posting.

Hello Hassan,

On LCS there is currently an issue reported

Issue 3843895Posting by batch not working on pending vendor invoice list page

It seems that there is currently an issue and Microsoft is working on a hotfix for that.

I would recommend that you log into LCS and make use of the notification functionality so that you are automatically informed once a solution is available.
