Hi,
I have a Microsoft GP customer that uses Integration Manager in a daily basis.
They can't access theirs integrations because they are protected with a password.
The employee in charge has been fired and there is no way to retrieve the passwords from this employee.
Is there a way to erase the password ?
Or can we recreate the integration, get the source query and mapping, from somewhere else.

Hi,
What exactly did they password? IM doesn't have a way for you to password things except through VB script. Is the Integration prompting you for a password when you try to run it? If it is, then you can just delete the bit of VB script that is doing that (or look at it to get the password). This would be most likely in a 'before integration' script. Open your integration and then double click on the name of the integration. The Properties window will open. Click on the Scripts tab and then look for a little page icon to the left of the Before Integration Script. I'd probably look at all of them if there are more scripts attached.
