Validate the each WBS line budget for Project

We have a details WBS and each line wise budget also entered for the project. While making a PO for the project is it possible for validation budget for that line only.

For example, we have 2 lines item activity.

item	Quantity	Unit Price	Amount
Item 1	10	10	100
item 2	20	20	400
			500

while we make the PO for this project for line item 1 if the line amount is more than 100 we need budget validation
