Create an Account Email Activity and copy/clone to other Accounts

Business created an email activity in one Account. This email activity needs to be created to other associated accounts. Hence, the users have to create an identical email activity in each individual Account.

The ask is if D365 can copy/clone that same email activity to either:
1) Parent down to Child Accounts and/or
2) Account to other Accounts

Hi,

please refer below link.

Also, you can use power automate to copy the email records to other accounts.

for example. Power automate will trigger on email create and based on regarding field account value. Power automate will search for other accounts if found then same email records will be created for found records.

We have an application ‘Click2Clone’ which helps you to clone email activity of one Account to another Account using Get Record feature. This feature allows users to copy related/associated child records from one record to another record within the same entity. For example, the user wants to copy only opportunity products from one opportunity to another opportunity which is already created.
