This is more of a general customisation question for Dynamics 365 sales Professional.
Is it possible to create a form for the salesman to fill out?
The idea is that when a salesman has called a client we want them to fill out some information about the call.
This will be a sort of survey for our internal clients if that makes sense.
I am sure i will need to create a custom entity, but i first want to know if this is possible and if so what would you recommend my approach be?
Any guidance is appreciated!
