Hi All

After running the Consistency Check i am getting the following error:

1) "Bank

Table Check table

Check number: 8000001, Paid

The value '5637159713' in field 'Record-ID' is not found in the related table 'Bank document table view'.

The value '10' in field 'Table ID' is not found in the related table 'Bank document table view'."

2) Projects

Setup

Table Project parameters

ID: 0

This CFOP Code '' is not allowed. It must be set as Other state.

This CFOP Code '' is not allowed. It must be set as Outside country.

This CFOP Code '' is not allowed. It must be set as Outgoing.

This error is coming for all the checks whether paid or created, can you tell me why this error is coming how to fix this issue.

Hi Imran,

This is data inconsisteny issue in your system.

1)If you see BankChequeTable from AOT it has relation with BankDocumentTableView table. In your case record exist in BankChequeTable which does not exist in BankDocumentTableView table. You need to delete this record from BankChequeTable or create a reference record in BankDocumentTableView table.

2) You also need to check in your ProjParameters table, there is an orphan record exists in this table. You need to correct that one too.

1) I my database i have 5 legal entity and i checked the table BankDocumentTableView, it is blank for all the companies. Can you suggest me how i can update this table and please if you let me know is there anything got missed while setting up the bank module.

2) How can i correct CFOP code

please advise, thanks in advance.

Hi Imran,

1) What i can suggest you to take your database backup and delete all orphans records from bankchequeTable which are not referenced with any record from BankDocumentTableView.

You can do this by a simple SQL query, have a look on query here technet.microsoft.com/.../ms184297(v=sql.105).aspx

2) Can you please tell me what does this CFOP mean, sorry I did not get this one. To me it is also a data issue so you need to open ProjParameters table from AOT and correct values for this field as suggested by the system

This CFOP field seems to me a enum field which must have either one of these values as suggested in error message. Correct this on it will work.

CFOP is a Brazilian localization. If you do not tick Brazil you cannot see CFOP, but the inconsistency checker itself has an inconsistency because it still throws this as an error. The inconsistency checker is not perfect and does not check everything, and some of the things it does check it checks incorrectly!
