Hello,

We have created 2 warehouses in AX.

I have got below error while transfer stock from one location to another.

Error: Setup of ledger account for Inventory inter-unit receivable is not specified.

Could you please suggest what would be reason for this and what needs to be configured to resolve this.

Hello, Please setup some accounts in inventory management - setup - posting - posting - inventory tab - section inter-unit payable/inter-unit receivable. Those accounts should possibly be balance sheet accounts that are used when you create transfers between different inventory sites. All the best, Ludwig

I am doing a transfer journal between locations, I already set up inter-unit accounts but I don´t see any financial voucher. Do you know why?

Hello everyone,

I also have some question about Inter-unit payable/ Receivable:

few months ago we changed some setups regarding inter-unit payable/ Receivable that we were using two separate GL accounts for payable and receivable but later we decided to use single account. then we transferred balance amount from payable --> receivable.

problem is, after running closing and adjustments system pass auto adjustment entries in inter-unit payable account although we removed GL code from setup. what is the possible reason behind this behavior?

Error: Setup of ledger account for Inventory inter-unit receivable is not specified.

1st. Check what item group is attached with item in which error is facing. Product information management>item>item detail> Manage Cost> Item Groups.

2nd. Check the setup of that item group.
