My items are tracked with batch number.
The tracking number group is :
Now in order to enter inventory with real quantities and batches related to them.
what i do usually that i create an inventory journal i updated with Addin XL and when posting the journal for each line the system will generate automatically a batch number per line.
Now the inconvinient of this method that the need now is to create the batches before generating the inventory journal.
Because my client, taking in consideration the volume, has developed a PowerApps application to update the lines of jounral inventory (Item, Batch, Location) with scanning.
For that reason i need to generate batches before.
I know that i can import manually a list of batches, but the risk of this method, since we have a specific format for each type of item, is to make a mistake.
PN: what i need is something that is similar to location wizard.
