D365 Customer Engagement IUR with Viva sales?

A customer has D365 Customer Engagement plan IUR's. Becarise, I would assume that use Viva sales is included with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterpthis customer with the Customer Engagement Plan IUR's would then by default get rights to Viva Sales. Is this true? would they have to buy Viva sales to use it? Is the D365 Customer Engagement plan equal to Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise?

    It's hard to find information about this license to determine if you can use Viva sales or not.
    I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    Additionally, you can have the customer try to follow the linked guide below and if it can be deployed successfully, it means that no additional purchase is required.

    Hey.

    IUR stands for "Internal Use Rights". These licenses were provided to partners, but as far as I've read, they're being deprecated. Most likely, this will NOT include Viva Sales as this has some other prerequisites. IUR licenses are for testing/development purposes, not for production use.
