Hi,
We have employees in Talent with relevant info such as position, reporting authority, and so on.
I want any changes in employee information sync the information to Office 365 apps such as outlook, Skype for business.
How can I achieve it?

Hello,
the answer is Flow. you can achieve many of these requirements with Flow (power Automate), as long as the Core HR entities are synced with Common Data Services.
You can even update the Azure Active Directory with Flow, updating it with date from Core HR.

There's no build-in integration for this. My team and I just completed building a complete synchronization between CDS/Talent and On-Prem AD. We've not used flow for this but opted for Azure Functions as those are less limited and much more maintainable. than flows.
Be advised that not all fields are available in the CDS entities. We're pulling a lot of our data from the Talent OData API and combine it with the data that's in CDS.
Hello Gert-Jan ter Schure. Would it be possible for you to elaborate on your approach to update On-Prem AD? For example, how is the Azure Function triggered? How are you connecting to LAN resources? Thanks.
