Change the same part over several released production orders

I have over 30 production orders released were we require a single part change over all the BOMS. They have the same routing No. so they're exactly the same BOM.

Is there a way to change all of the parts in 1 sweep or is it a manual task at this point?

    There is no batch type method to handle this that I know of. Once you have changed the BOM, you have 2 options that I can think of.

    1) Run the refresh on every production order - this will pick up the updated BOM. For 30 orders it's a bit of a pain but not a big deal really.

    2) Manually make the change on every production order component line - this is more tedious than 1st method and subject to error

    Hi,

    There is no such feature is in standard system. Create new batch job and in that batch job call the Refresh Production order no.. In that way you can achieve the requirement.
