Hello everyone,

I'm not really a technical in Dynamics 365 SCM, but would like to have some advices, at least what should I check. Issue is I just got a new VM. and currently I cannot load my Onebox installation.

The least I can check are :

1. Look at Services, locate Dynamics 365 batch service.. and it is running

2. Reset IIS

And one of my technical support, unfortunately is a new guy, told me that the application has been Build and Synchronized before. I'm not sure what is the problem then,

Can someone advise, is there something that I can do or check ?

Hi,

I believe you downloaded the latest VHD from LCS (Application version 10.0.13) and are using edge/chrome to access the application.

This issue is due to Http2 protocol being enabled. You can do either of the following -

1. Use IE to access the application.

2. Disable HTTP2 using the instructions on this link.
