No record found.
Hi,
I want to enable two or more than two users to create record at the same time when they are creating record on an entity A. In current scenario when they are trying to create record at the same time so one is able to do it and the other gets no record found error. How can I solve this concurrency problem??
Hi Shona95,

It is all about the security role and ownership of the record. Let's suppose when a record is added to the queue. A user needs to become the owner of the record so that it will disappear from other users.
If I answer your question then please mark it as verified.
Let me know if I can provide you with more details.
I have checked and through security role it was not possible as we need security profile of both the user as same. Scenario is when they try to create record at the same time both should be able to create.
Generally, multiple users can create new records at the same time.
The error you mentioned usually occurs when multiple users edit the same record at the same time.
If you are creating new records, they should be created successfully.
Could you share more details? what entity? what error?
Ok. So the record is getting created and getting assigned to person A and when at the same time person B is trying to get the case assigned to him he is getting an error of "No Records Found".
