Is it possible to have a reoccurring batch in the payroll? Currently, our payroll person manually creates batches for each department. After they are processed and posted then she creates new batches for the next payroll. Here’s an example how we currently create and name the batches. Last three digits reference the department.
Current Process:
1. WE20171001-521
2. WE20171001-551
3. WE20171001-570
Is it possible to have the batches re-occur? In this case we would change the name of the batch to be just 521, 551 etc. Then when payroll processes then transactions get posted and then the batch gets automatically created again with the same name of 521,551, etc.
Any suggestions on how to set this up if possible?

The first time you create the batches with the names 521, 551, etc..
On every batch you select the frequency you need, for example monthly and you specify the number of occurrence.
