I am currently linking a marketing email to an email hyperlink (mailto:), but would like to customize the Subject Line for the email that opens when clicked. Is this possible?

Thanks!

yes, simply add a subject parameter in query string e.g. mailto:test@example.com?subject=An%20example%20subject%20line

You need to HTML encode the subject line value, but there a tons of mailto link generators out there you can use to create these
