We have a pretty basic form created in Customer Voice where only members of our org can answer and they can only answer it once. Basically, it is a voting form, yes/no/abstain for usually a single question.
The problem is, we have about 500 people who will need to answer this question all around the same time, across the globe.
When we get about 150-200 responses, users start getting a "The request is blocked" when they attempt to load the form in their browser.
I am not looking for a work-around on how to get the users to answer the form, that boat sails pretty fast...
I need to understand why this is happening and make sure we can control for it in the future. It appears to be some type of Microsoft fraud or security trigger. All of our users are coming to the site via our VPN, hence most likely are coming from the same IP. However, they are all logging in as different users, via ADFS single sign-on. If a user waits, they can submit the form again, however that is not acceptable.
Has anyone run into this issue before and if so, were they able to get a resolution?
I have an open ticket with Microsoft, but wanted to see if the community had any insights.
Thanks
James Stewart
